  Same experience as others. I stopped by at 12:15pm to renew tabs and woman smoking outside the office told me they were closed until 1pm for their lunch break. There is nothing advertised except that they are open M-F from 8am-5pm.

  Absolutely awful service. Treatment towards me was not acceptable. Didn't admit to their mistake, no apology, nothing, and to make it worse, had a nasty attitude. I'd rather drive the extra mile and go somewhere else than have to be treated like garbage.

  Leaving one star because I can't leave a negative number. Several times we have gotten there fifteen minutes before they are supposed to close at five, and the doors were already locked. Nepotism is practiced there. On other occasions they have been downright rude. Today we went at eleven and someone was outside smoking and said they were at lunch, so no one could help us. Went inside to use the restroom and asked the people behind the counter if they could help. They said they couldn't because they were at lunch. When I called later, the person I spoke to was one of these lazy rude, lying people. She said she owned the office and there was no way that this could have happened because they all take lunch at noon. If they are closed for an hour or longer for lunch, why isn't this stated in their hours? Most places stagger lunch breaks so they stay open. The woman who answered the phone said she owned the office, which would probably explain why she can do whatever they want. Next step will be to call the state to complain about this DMV Nazi.
